Refund policy

We believe you will fall in love with your item after the first try, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days from the date of receipt to return the unwanted items. We inspect all items for damages and defects before shipping, but if there are any defects contact us as soon as possible and we will deal with this matter case by case. However, we cannot accept any garments that have been washed, worn, altered, stained, or with any smells (perfumes, any foul odors, etc). Please remember that you are responsible for the return and exchange shipping charges to and from Love At First Try unless there is an online free shipping code being used for items to be shipped from Love At First Try  to the customer. All returns will be issued a refund if returned within 3days after receipt. Any returns made after 3 days of receipt (excluding Holidays) will be charged a 20% restocking fee before a refund is issued. Items will not be accepted after 7days of receipt. All sale items, jewelry, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.
