Frequently Questions
  1. Where is my order? You will receive a confirmation email once you package has been shipped along with a tracking order.  Note: You can also obtain this information by logging into you Love At First Try Account.
  2. Can I exchange an item? We do not currently offer exchange services, if you are not satisfied with your item contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Once you ship the item back to us (within 3 days after the date of receipt at your expense), we will give you a full refund.  All returns will be issued a refund if returned within 3days after receipt.  Any returns made after 3 days of receipt (excluding Holidays) will be charged a 20% restocking fee before a refund is issued. Items will not be accepted after 14 days of receipt.
  3. How do I return an item? We want all our customers to be in love with their items. If you’re not, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return. You can return any unwanted items back to us within 3 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition and customers will be charged a 20% restocking fee if returned after 3days of receipt. Please note we cannot accept any grooming products, jewelry or swimwear for health and hygiene reasons. Shoes must be tried on indoors. For All returns, please follow the quick and easy steps below; Fill out your reason(s) for return on your delivery note. Enclose your delivery note with the item, selecting the reason for return, and package up securely; please use original packaging if possible.

    Please be aware that returns costs are to be paid by the customer. Don't forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us. If you just so happen to receive a defective/incorrect item, please contact us  with your order number and they will be more than happy to help you.
  4. Can I cancel my order? Sometimes you may not be able to cancel an item depending on the circumstance because we process orders quickly. Contact us as soon as possible, to inquiry about this option.
  5. Why has my order been canceled? Sometimes our items sell out quickly if they are in high demand, and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. This is rare but, if an item does sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will ship the rest of your order and fully refund the out of stock item. In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be cancelled.
  6. What happens if I forget to use a discount code? Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
  7. Why won't my discount code work? Your Code: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout. Expired Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid. Items Are Not Eligible: Sometimes we offer discount codes for selected items only, which is usually stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. Exclusive Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.
